2026 IFMRLN Faculty Development Summit

The 2026 IFMRLN Faculty Development Summit, scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 in Carmel, Indiana, will feature a mix of networking, brief focused "Quick Hitter" sessions, and collaborative discussions. We invite Indiana residency program directors and faculty to submit proposals for nine open Quick Hitter presentations, each being 20 minutes long. 

"Quick Hitter" presentations will take place during the morning and afternoon. The Summit will include a welcome breakfast and a networking lunch. 

At last year's Summit, Quick Hitter topics included: 
  • From Memorization to Mastery: Reengineering the transition to residency for IMG success through adaptive learning and strategic preparation
  • Go Live with Lifestyle Medicine: Implementation and experience with the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum
  • Utilization and Impact of an AI Scribe
  • Professionalism & Advocacy in Action: Resident Capitol Trips
